• Bachelor’s degree required; emphasis in business or marketing preferred

• One to two years relevant office experience required, including some experience in sales and/or marketing.
• Event planning experience preferred.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Intermediate level of competency in MS Excel (create and format charts, filter data, multi-level sorting, pivot tables, use of functions)
• Proven ability to successfully manage several assignments simultaneously and to coordinate with multiple departments at all levels of the organization
• Excellent grammar, punctuation, spelling, writing and editing skills
• Ability to meet clear targets and deadlines
• Strong focus on attention to detail
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive material and information
• Ability to represent BloodCenter of Wisconsin brand in a professional and positive manner
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to work under pressure with time constraints
• Flexibility to accept changes in work methods, work assignments, and procedures as technology changes and department priorities are redefined
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, understanding when to escalate an issue
