What you can expect in this position:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships and being the key contact/resource for hospitals and customers; including clinicians, physicians, technical staff, medical examiners, tissue and eye banks, coroners, and funeral directors
  • Facilitating quality service and increasing organ and tissue donation
  • Coordinating, leading, and/or participating in education activities, events, and meetings for hospital administration and staff involved in organ procurement and recovery; developing educational materials as needed.
  • Assisting clinical staff during organ donation cases by serving as a liaison to hospital staff to facilitate a smooth process

You need:

  • A cover letter with your application expressing why you are the right fit and how you/your experience will help impact organ/tissue donations
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • 3+ years’ of relevant experience (such as sales, marketing, social services, or professional education)
  • An assertive and engaging presence
  • Comfort in stressful environments
  • Comfort with public speaking
  • Ability to diffuse emotional interactions
  • Ability to appropriately attend to competing priorities
